At Sagarabootmaker, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your footwear. If your boots do not fit perfectly, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the boots in their original box with all protective wrapping and dust bags included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our workshop for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the boots are in pristine condition, we will process your exchange or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
